Momentum: Life Skills Activity Centre
Momentum is our life skills activity centre which provides high-quality short break and life skills opportunities for young people with additional needs who live, learn, or work in South West London.

We offer a safe, welcoming environment where young people have somewhere to go, something to do, and someone to talk to. Through informal and experiential learning, our activities support personal development, helping young people build confidence, develop skills, make informed choices, and form positive relationships.

Participants can take part in a wide range of personal and social development activities, including arts, drama, music, and sport. Our work is delivered by a dedicated and experienced team of personal assistants (PAs) who understand the individual needs of those they support and are committed to maintaining high standards of support.

Momentum operates as a parent-free space (except for community-based activities) and can offers enhanced staffing ratios where additional support is required. Families are encouraged to contact us to discuss available options and appropriate signposting.
