Activity Based Services
For those families that need engagement for young people and adults through community based activities. This is a custom plan delivered by Better Care Group for the client outside the home and within the community.​
We believe meaningful activities can promote social, life and independent skills plus a healthy lifestyles. Our activities are carefully selected to meet the service user’s needs and outcomes.
Through a person centered approach, an activity plan is developed with the young people or adult participating in the process to choose activities of their interest.
